Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of growth.store (the “Service”). By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to them.

1. The Service

growth.store analyzes engagement on your own LinkedIn content to surface leads and analytics. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any third-party platform (including LinkedIn).

2. Acceptable use

• Collect data only from accounts and content you are authorized to access.
• Do not use the Service to harass, profile unlawfully, or spam.
• Do not resell, scrape, or misuse the personal data the Service surfaces.
• Honor the rights of data subjects whose engagement you collect.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and ingest tokens.

4. Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you collect. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with LinkedIn, which is not affiliated with or endorsing growth.store. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn’s own terms.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled per the retention section of our Privacy Policy.
